Dear all,
I am trying to use INL functionality in cadence virtuoso calculator for the calculation of INL of the ADC. When i give the following input "inl(v("/OUT_DAC" ?result "tran") 0.001 ?mode "auto" ?crossType "rising" ?delay 0.0 ?units "lsb" ?nbsamples nil)" i get the following error "("error" 0 t nil ("*Error* drfGetWaveformYVec (DRL-18): argument not a valid srr waveform interface object -1.2"))".
Could someone plz point out what I am missing?
