I'm Designing a dot matrix display but i got a problem.

How to calculate refresh rate, frame rate,horizontal/vertical frequency or anything related to dot matrix to design efficient any better display panel.

Please help me.
Thank you

For progressive number of dots x frame rate = pixel rate.
Row rate and column rate is also divisible by number of dots. No need for blank interval unless you are using composite signals from standard video card. PStep software allows any interval rate etc.
