Hi

Can somebody tell me how to get a transistor to millimeter range in a schematic using this technology?
I am trying but cadence does not let me go above 200u.

I'm not familiar with tsmc350 but in ams350 the limitation for the width is 10mm. Try to use multiplier option or to make a transistors vector.

If You have multiplier option You can use it to make parallel connection of N mosfets or use vector by naming the instance like T0<N:0> to make parallel connection of N+1 identical fets.
