Hi all,
I know that my question is not exactly relevant for this forum category, but I have found that this one is much more active than the EDA software issues category. I am running out of time and need some urgent help. I am nearing a tapeout deadline and suddenly Spectre simulator is not running anymore. When I try to open the Analysis window in the Analog Design Environment for Spectre, it gives me the following error in the icfb window:
*************************************************
sevEditSelectedAnas('sevsession1)
* Field is "pac_special" *
*Error* hiCreateCyclicField: Value must be a string or icon list
ERROR
*************************************************
The Analysis window simply does not show up. From what I could gather
fiddling around with ADE, this is specifically a Spectre problem
because when I change the simulator to HSPICE and try to set the
analyses, the Analysis window pops open.
Have any of you experienced the above error? The tapeout date is near. Please help!! Thank you so much.
Regards,
SP
