Cadence Layout VS Schematic

Hi. I did the schematic, created the layout, checked errors, extracted the netlist, compared it (no errors). But symbol of my schematic trigger with extracted capacities from layout don't work correctly.

Could you advice me anything?

Can you please share the circuit. because without circuit it is not possible to advice you.
