Can someone tell me what is the name and place of the file which stores the Environment Options (from Setup > Environment...) in Cadence analog design environment?

Yes, I know about that file, but it seems not everything is there. What I want to do is to permanantly tell ADE to use an include file everytime it starts. This will fill the include field in the Environment options menu. How to do it?
