Hi Im using Cadence 6.1.0 version and I'm getting error such below during simulation. For your information i'm using NCSU CDK ver. 1.6.0 beta.
I believe attached the Techfile (NCSU_ami06) & model (ami06.m) correctly in virtuoso & ADE respectively. Also tried change instance view=symbol.

instance 'M1' in cell 'myinverter'. Either add one of these views to the library 'NCSU_Analog_Parts',
cell 'pmos4' or modify the view list to contain an existing view.

or may not be produced at all.
To generate correct netlist, fix the errors and re-netlist.
