Cabling used to wire a Safety relay circuit in cabinate

I need to wire a safety relay circuit in a cabinate. I am wondering what is the normal type of cable used? . I'm thinking of using 4 core 0.22mm cabling or is there a standard that is normally used?

Hi,

I don´t think one can generally say a 4 core 0.22 cabling is OK.

In my eyes you need current, voltage, temperature and maybe special isolation material specifications.

I know it has to be tri rated, I was just wondering was was best/normal practice
