c programming in lpc 2148

hello,
i am doin a project on traffic control system usin arm lpc 2148..!!! i have to take o/p of three sensors placed in each lane and dependin on tht i ve to adjust the green time of the correspondin lane..!!! can any1 help me the logic of this..!!!:-|
