C book/tutorial for avr microcontroller

I need tutorial or book about c programming for AVR microcontroller. it's better if there any example in c code especially for accessing LCD, Serial, Keyboard, RTC. Could you give me some usefull *.pdf file or link.....

the atmegaxx data sheets have some c example for every prephieral in the device you can use them also check www.avrbeginners.net
