Broken power charger electric secateur

Hi,

I have electric secateur and broken chargef for battery. Rapidly charger stop working, i chceck them, was failed:
-fuse 3,15A type F ( swap to the new )
-2 transistors IGBT (K06N60), i swap to similar IRG4BC30PBF)
-four bridge diodes (swap on new)
-transistors driver IR2153 ( swap on new)

Now i have no voltage on output, what i should chceck more ? (i attach photos)

The brown rectangular pieces look like they might be relays. If so then do you hear them clicking at any time?

i have seen you first post and searched in google the "INFACO marked " it seems this charger is for group of Ni-Cd batteries . my opinion if there is schematic diagram i could approach you to find the defect
