Hi,

Does FinFET has got body connection or body terminal?

Thanks.

I think this is very unlikely unless the bottom of the FET
is not isolated from the substrate, or gated. The idea after
all is that gate should fully surround the body. You would
want to look at a specific process flow's resulting device
from a few angles and see whether any ohmic access to
the gate-surrounded region exists, and for that matter
look at the groundrules package for any hint about how
such a contact is expected to be made.
