When making PC boards for amplifers, or audio circuits

What traces should i put on the bottom of the board to prevent lifting the boards or doing board lifts when troubleshooting?

basic ideas:
- put a ground plane in the bottom (do make it accessible from top though !).
- put test points (vias) on all bottom signals that could be used for debugging, like that they'll be accessible from the top.
