bluetooth module to a micro controller

Trying to do some research on the information that is sent from a Bluetooth hc-05 to pic16f877a. I'm technically not writing the coding in C Programming, but need to communicate what information is sent so this can be interpreted using C and used for our project.

The project is sending information via an android app using Bluetooth (Time and a short 10 character message), to the HC-05. The micro controller will then use this information to light up some LED's.
