spectre bjt model

Dear everybody,

Could you tell me where I could get the BJT ( like as 2N3904 )
spectre model?
And I run the bjt model in hspice path $HSPICE/parts/bjt/t2n3904.inc
in the time domain in HSPICE, there is large mismatch (gain) in board test ( common emitter).

bjt spectre models

Hi,
can someone also tell where to get spice models for BJT suitable for IC design (not descrete components).

Have you found the BJT model yet? for IC design??
