BJT in SOI CMOS process

Anyone has any idea on processing BJT on SOI CMOS circuit? Since diffusion layer will go all the way down to oxide, there is no more substrate for lateral BJT anymore. How can we get BJT by layout? Thanks
 

add a layer for it!
