Hello there ,
I am haunted by my own question . Do we have any current difference between PNP and NPN under same conditions and same emitter area
as we have a diff. between nmos and pmos by the facor β=Kn' / Kp' .
if we dont have any diff , why is that so since here also holes contribute to current in pmos and electrons ..... .in NPN .

is it because of minority + majority carriers contribution so the result is least as electrons have to pass one or more P stage(s) so will be that of hole velocity (so equal in both stages )

kindly explain.

could you explain about the relation you mentioned for relating nmos and pmos ie β=Kn' / Kp'

hello kumar ,
athu onnum illa . just mobility of hole to mobility of electron = µp/µn which is around 0.3 as holes (electrons in valence band) move with less velocity than free electrons(in conduction band) .

hello venkateshr
is it due to the fact that "bjt is bipolar"
