I am trying to measure a base spreading resistance(Rbb').
I have some power supplies and multimeters.
If someone have an idea to measure Rbb' by just using several power supplies and multimeters, let me know.

Do a search on: gummel poon bipolar model model description parameter extraction. This may guide you to an agilent document describing how to extract Rbb'.
