Why does pnp transistor is favorable in npn transistor circuits?
Any comments or insight?

There are many kinds of biasing circuits. Some are using transistors. Generally, the question text doesn't seem to fit the title. Try a clear question, preferably with a cicruit example clarifying the topic.
