Dear

I want to control of Bias of LDMOS power amplifier in L band over temperature variation and change the voltage of gate due to drain current variation with drain current fault.

I found DS1870 integrated circuit for solving of this problem.

have you any discrete circuit suggestion for solving of this problem.

Hello Snmeciut,

Please check Polyfet site you will find circuit with diodes which working well . I test it with a lot RF LDMOS transistors and if you calculate elements correct it works really fine with temperature.
