[SOLVED] Best RFID Middleware Option

Hi All,
Thanks for all information shared here, it is really useful. We have a requirement to implement RFID system for T&A. Tags should be passive UHF, wearable,(uniform sleeve sewn/inly), washable. As I am not an expert we want to know what is the best option for the reader middleware in that case? Is there a ready middleware product we can buy that can fulfil such case or we go for designing/ tailoring one? Then tailoring the user interface.
