YOu can use FSDB format dump and open it up in Debussy ...or go in with .trn format and open it in Signal scan...
I gueess i havent come across any other waveform reader which reads .wlf format ...may be there might be converters which convert from .wlf 2 vcd ...check them out...

The waveform viewer vandor should accept WLF format if he get the interface library from Mentor Graphic. As I know, Mentor provide the API library but I don't know if it is free. Some viewer vandor like sandwork, maybe can do this work.
