Hello everyone,
i want to simulate basic cmos ciruits and vary the cmos parameters.
I want to vary as many parameters as possible.
I am new in this forum.
Kindly suggest me the free softwares which i can use.
Kindly explain me the concept of library too
Thanks

if u want to simulate just the circuit without changing the internal architecture you can easily use multisim, proteus, but if you need responses at very high frequencies or even changing the parameters is allowed in mentor graphics . thats available . :)

Use LTSpice for simulation. It is a free software and is quite powerful.

To get the the model visit **broken link removed** page. It is Jacob Baker's website the author of CMOS Circuit Design, Layout and Simulation.
It contains a .zip file with models and also circuit examples from his book. Download that file and see a few examples to get them working. Then you would be able to use the same transistors with the models in your own experiments.
