Battery selector and boost regulator

Here i have attached a circuit file. The problem is that , when a boost regulator is connected, the VOUT get dropped. we didn't get the output. what is reason for that. give some idea to rectify this problem.

do you sure that used it true ? i mean this ic need some devices, did you this with its datasheet?
