Do you have a datasheet with discharge curves versus time for various load current? You may post your datasheet.
The mAh rating is the product of load current in mA and the time in hours it takes to reach the termination voltage. Note that actual capacity depends on load current and temperature. High Peak current (pulsed operation) may reduce the available mAh.
Don't know about your particular battery but here is a link to a datasheet that I looked at. It clearly shows "1.2Ah @ 900 ohms to 5.4V @ 23°C". **broken link removed**
