baffo converter usb to serial dosent work

i bought baffo converter usb to serial but it doesn't work it just tells driver softer wares not installed i tried all the drivers in net but it doesn't work im using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit os
i need usb to serial converter because the programmer of atmel and pic i have does not have usb option it just have serial port only.
pls tel me any idea about this are any other option to make usb to serial of my own pls help.
