The reason I wanted to start afresh was that I was missing out on a lot of basic ideas to design a PWM controller.

Aim: Class D amplifier Design

Disturbing thoughts :

1. How to know the optimum frequency of operation for the PWM.
2. How to finalize the specs for the Amplifier, Comparator and Error Amplifier.
3. Power output is around 10W. how to reduce it to <1W.
4. Current Biasing for the PWM.
5. Active low pass filter design.

Could you please help me out. Just point to the links in the forum which have already been discussed or any addresses elsewhere.

Thank you
Javed
