Hi - I Have question... It is possible to share internal SRAM memory in AVR device (witch external memory access - Atmega8515,64,128 ) witch other AVR microcontroller? For example: I have ATmega 128 (master - witch access do slave internal memory) and connect him witch other ATmega 128(slave) on SRAM bus...
It is possible solution?

if u r searching to connect then in a certain way and do that it's impossible since the avr uc are designed to read and write from external memory not to be red or writen.
but theoretically it's possible thow not pracicall at all you can do it by software. you write a programe to the slave uc to interface the master as a memory.
this way the master sees the slave as a memory as a ram or rom chip
