Hi. I am designing an automotive equipment that has both 5v and 3.3v components. Presently using LM2575 (5v) and LDO2509 (3.3v) with associated caps, diodes, inductors etc. Now, it works fine in the lab, but I am worried about when it is to work in a real truck/car, on 12-24v with all the noise and spikes that are probably there.
Can anyone suggest either some dedicated components (I would love a single one) or good design practices so that my equipment does not fry?
Thanks!!
