Audio daughter board for Xilinx Spartan 3E development board

Hello.

Does anyone knows of a daughter board for the Xilinx Spartan 3E development board with audio capabilities?

I will build one myself if there is not one available, but if it is cheap, I will buy it.

Thanks, but since I am too lazy to build one, I just bought a breadboard extention board to the Spartan 3E board (http://www.digilentinc.com/Products/Detail.cfm?NavPath=2,648,561&Prod=FX2BB) and I will build a small circuit around the tlv320aic23b from Texas instruments.

By the way, when I bought the Spartan 3E development board, it cost me 150 dollars (if I remember right). Now Xilinx sells it for 395 dollars?!!???!??!
