I need the audio circuit ( equalizer) with ic schematic and pcb

Have a look at the circuit below (based only on common components) ..
Here are values of component required for different frequencies:

VR1 (Variable Resistor) 10K
IC1-IC12 uA741
Freq. Value of C1=C2
32 Hz 22 nf
64 Hz 11 nf (=10nf+1nf)
125 Hz 5.6 nf
250 Hz 2.7 nf
500 Hz 1.5 nf
1 Khz 680 pf
2 Khz 330 pf
4 Khz 160 pf (=150pf+10pf)
8 Khz 82 pf
16 Khz 43 pf (=39pf+4pf)

Hmmm, is there a computation for that? may i change the value according to my preference (like 32Hz changed to 60Hz)? or add more module to make it around 15 band?
