aubtm-20 bluetooth module hardware problem

hi,
i connect aubtm-20 bluetooth module to PC on hyper terminal using serial interface, & give supply using usb, there is two led on aubtm board, earlier when i give supply to aubtm-20 red led ON & green led blinking, when i give command green led blinking stops & stay ON, but now days when i give supply to aubtm using usb only red led turns ON & green led stays OFF, is there problem in aubtm hardware or effect of command, please help me.

its possible. via USB we r grating the 5V supply, But As remember in data sheet the supply they have mentioned is 3.3V.
please conform...

i give 3.3v to aubtm-20 from arduino uno, but getting same result

ERROR

after that i send <CR><LF><AT?><CR><LF>, but not getting responce from bluetooth module, is there any problem in hardware.

instead of sending <CR> <FL>
Send decimal values 13 and 10 <13><10><AT?><13><10>
and no need to send <> ok i am using it to separate the instruction
