[ATPG] Test pattern Fail

Hello All,

I had simulate the Test Pattern which is generated by ATPG.But the simulation is with mismatch(without timing).
Can I know the reason why simulation is failed because it is already generated by tool.
So What are the main reasons behind this mismatch/failing simulation?

Initial values, x propagation, analog model, pad models..
You need to investigate in your simulation the source of the differences.
 

The interpretation of ATPG tool and SIM tool might be different.
follow below steps for debugging if you are using tetramax.
1.add the miscompare point signal to your simulator waveform viewer.
2.add same pattern in ATPG tool,simulate them in atpg tool and add miscompare point signal to atpg viewer.
3.trace back the difference between the two.
