After doing the fault reports, I get the following data:
UC: 0.00%
UO: 0.04%
DS: 67.95%
DI: 15.30%
UU: 11.59%
AU: 4.41%
PU: 0.26%
PT: 0.07%
TI: 0.08%
BL: 0.02%
RE: 0.28%
Test Coverage = 94.75%
fault coverage = 83.41%
atpg_effectiveness= 99.92%
Although, I have 94% test coverage, why my fault coverage is only 83.41%. Which all faults class add upto fault coverage %. Can we also consider the UU under fault coverage.
