ATMEL328 Reading solar voltage problems

Hi,

I'm having some problems trying to read the voltage of a solar panel from a voltage divider. The voltage is changing when I use the IC on the circuit attached and I don't know how to fix that problem. When the IC is removed the atmel reads the voltage correctly. Does anyone has an idea on how to fix that problem? Thanks in advance.
