Hello!

I want to show on a 2x16 lcd numbers from 1 to 10. When i push a button i want to appear 1,when i press it again to show 2 and so on.
I am new in programming microcontrollers... Please help!

Which compiler are you using ? Which AVR micro and what crystal frequency are you using ? Post your circuit.

I am using avr studio 5.1, atmega 32, and 1 kHz frequency. My lcd is connected to port a in 4 bits mode, and my pushbuttons on port d.
