I programmed my ATmega16 using USB ISP PROGRAMMER. I have portD as output and port B as input.
everything works just fine in Proteus simulation but in real, controller gives bipolar output (+2.5v & -2.5v approx.) on all 40 pins (except supply and input) :-o

What may be the problem?
