[PIC] AT commands help needed

Hello everyone i am new to this forum and to embedded i am developing a motor ON/OFF prototype using gsm modem. My requirement is the motor should turn on when i give a missed call and should turn off when another missed call is recieved only from specified numbers. i also want to add timer, for like 10 minutes or 20 minutes etc. I'm using a PIC microcontroller, is it possible to get AT commands for my requirements. you can send it SMS texts - on receipt of a text you can check the number for validity and the contents for commands
