assura problem with ic5.141

I have ic 5.141 USR3 and assura 3.1 installed. I found the menu of assura is not available in virtuoso. But there is no such kind problem for ic 5.033. Can someone tell if I need to do a special setup for assura in ic 5.141? Thanks.
 

it seems that assura 3.1 is not compatible with ic5.1.41, try to install assura 3.13 or later.
