assura LVS unbound devices are IO cells

I am using assura for LVS check. But failed due to can't recognise IO cells I think. Here is the output errors:

apio3v3, sub, vdde3v3, et al , all of them on schematic are IO cells. The reason for failure is that assura didn't extract these cells of the schematic? I don't know whether my opinion is right or not.

If anyone knows what happened, please tell me. I really appreciate it.

Besides, where is the location of extracted netlists of schematic and layout during LVS compraition? Under the run directory, I can't find any netlists.
