asmc .8um process files

Hi All,

I need to use the ASMC .8um process (process code CB08 ) and so i have searched for it on the asmc website but could not find it, may i know where i can get it.

In China, there is ASMC that provides various process like 0.8um.

Austria Microsystems don't have a process called CB08. ASMC China do - it is BiCMOS.

that was my mistake, i mentioned "process code CB08" by mistake. I was referring to the austriamicrosystems process only.

You will need to sign an NDA to get access to the models and process data. Xfab CX08 process is also virtually identical and I think you can access it through **broken link removed**
