Have you tried removing the Coin cell battery? I have a security dvr system some what like that one and if you are able to get into the menu there is a system reset option in the selections.
i have tried removing cell battery but still same i can't reset password admin ?
and i can't into the menu cause i don't know password admin, so i want to reset DVR with reset hardware but how ?, which chip for reset DVR ?
the point is i can't into the menu cause i must login first and i don't know the admin password so i want to reset hardware so i can use the default password
just remove the Coin cell battery turn on the hardware for 10 sec and then turn off it.and put the bettery cell again and your default password would be all zeros either six zeros or eight zeros.
