Ask for Cadence Encounter Timing System Manual

Hi, does anyone have the manual for Cadence Encounter Timing System? When I searched on the Internet, all I got was the manual for the P&R tool SOC Encounter.

Our department has a set of Cadence tools. But I am not sure if we have the encounter Timing System. Right now, I want the manual not because I want to run the tool, but I want to interpret a timing report generated by the tool.
