ASITIC error:Matrix factorization produced a singular matrix

ASITIC problem,help!!

when i used asitic to simulate my inductor,at some frequency,it would appear the following erro:

Erro: Matrix factorization produced a singular matrix...

this would cause asitic can't count out results.

Could any one please help me? thx!

Yes, I'm struggling with the same problem when the square inductor length is larger than 1200um. Any one can help? Thx.
