ARM9 FPGA Verification Board Needed!

Hi,
Since the integrator and core module of ARM are used in verifing IP. But we need a ARM9 FPGA board that can verify all IP including memory controller,flash controller and reset controoler...
But we can not modify the bitstream in the integrator and core module. So we may need to design a board by ourselves!

Are there any other ARM FPGA board providers besides ARM?

it is easy to design verification Board by oneself. the ARM's board is simple to integrate FLASH, SDRAM and etc. so refer to some FPGA board such as INSIGHT, you will find it easy to design
