ARM software framework

i am a new in ARM i have experience in AVR 32 .
In avr 32 i used software framework, i got from atmel site
now i am using ATSAM9263(arm)
i want ARM 9 software framework if avilable
please send me details

How easy/difficult is it programming with AVR32 compared to ARM?
I have not looked at the Architecture of the AVR32. How do you compare it to ARM?
