Are these P-CHANNEL MOSFET's SOURCE & DRAIN connections in the circuit Correct?

Dear All,

Please see the load sharing circuit that attached. In the circuit, Source of Q1 is connected to LOAD. Is this correct? Only Drain should be connected to LOAD. Am I right or Wrong?

Only Drain should be connected to LOAD

Why? The switch isn't intended to disconnect the load from the battery. It disconnects the battery when the external supply is active (and Vload > Vbat).
