Are il and ile file relative with SKILL?

Hi all

I found many il and ile files in VIRTUOSO directory,what they are?And what is the difference between them? 8O

They are SKILL files. Files with extension ile are encrypted SKILL files.

il could be read as ASCII text file.
But ile could NOT.
 

is there a way to decrypt those files? thx
