Appraisal in the company

Hi

How will it be to reject an appraisal letter if someone is not satisfied with a very very low hike given? How to reject it?
Please provide feedback along with answers ti the above question.

my understanding you cannot... and no point arguing... will strain relations and trust...
Better look for a suitable change and move.

The budgets for pay raise is done way before and the percentage is split already per the assigned budget with the team. This is my knowledge may vary from organization to organisation.
