Can we apply KVL/KCL to a multi-terminal black boxed component, such as an IC, without knowledge about its internal behavior? Or should we know at least some voltage/current constraints at the terminals?

Thanks.

hi,

you have to know the internal characteristics of the ic... Not so easy !
But, if you are working with opamp, you may consider the inputs as high impedance.

And it's applicable to transistors. Is there any good reference of advanced analysis topics involving ICs?

Thanks.
